Home / XR7 / SHARED SOURCE LICENSE AGREEMENT
DRAKE ANALYTICS, INC. ("Company"), the producer and owner of the XR7: EarthStrike Support and Source Package ("Product"), grants the purchaser ("Licensee") of the Product a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use the XR7: EarthStrike Source Code ("Source Code") without fees in excess of the original purchase fee of the Product. By purchasing the Product, Licensee agrees to abide by the intellectual property laws and all other applicable laws of the United States of America, and to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. This Product is provided "as is" and with absolutely no warranty expressed or implied. Any use is at the Licensee's own risk. The Licensee may distribute binaries compiled with the Source Code without any royalties paid to the Company. The Licensee may not distribute or make available, in any manner, the Source Code, whether in partial or whole form, modified or unmodified. This is a closed source license and the Licensee agrees to keep the Source Code confidential and not permit other parties access to it, through any matter including but not limited to visual and/or electronic methods. |
