PRIVACY POLICY

Drake Analytics, Inc. ("Company"), owner of XANDIS.COM ("web site"), maintains the web site for the purpose of providing information to the general public and providing support to clients. The Company adheres to a strict privacy policy to ensure that visitors' and clients' concerns are properly addressed.

How the web site may collect information:

1. IP logging by the web site's server.
2. Receipt of e-mail or contact form sent by a visitor or interested party.
3. Receipt of support request sent by a client.
4. Receipt of order by a client.

The above four methods are the manners in which your personal information may be obtained by the Company through the web site. The web site does not use cookies.

IP Logging
The Apache web server that operates the web site logs the IP address of each visitor. This information is gathered for security and quality control purposes. An IP address cannot be automatically linked back to a specific individual. This logging is standard for virtually all web sites and logs are generally cleared on a regular and ongoing basis. The Company does not make available, in any manner, the contents of the web site logs for any purpose except security.

Receipt of E-Mail and Form Submissions
By completing and submitting the contact form or sending e-mail to the Company, a visitor will be providing the Company with an e-mail address. This e-mail address will not be added to a list or other compilation for further usage. This e-mail address will only be used, if necessary, to respond to the visitor who submitted the message. The Company does not engage in e-mail marketing nor does it provide e-mail addresses to any third party.

Receipt of Support Request
All request for support are treated with confidentiality and e-mail addresses or other contact information are not used for any purpose other than to respond to the requests unless otherwise indicated by the client. The Company does not engage in e-mail marketing and will not use contact information obtained for that purpose. No information from support requests will be provided to third parties.

Requests for support are forwarded by electronic mail to individual mailboxes and thus support messages are not normally stored online. A client however may opt to have their e-mail address stored online to enable login assistance in the case of a forgotten password. This is an option and removing the e-mail address from a client's account permits the account to function normally with the exception of this login assistance feature.

Receipt of Order
When an order is placed for a product or payment is made for a contract service, then the payment information of the client may be obtained by the Company. In all cases, some contact information is obtained by the Company.

When an order is placed or payment made, the client is either transacting with Authorize.net (transaction processor for the Company), Amazon.com (provider of a service often used by the company for conducting transactions), PayDirect (a Yahoo Service) or PayPal (an alternative shopping method also sometimes used by the Company). The choice of service will dictate what information is obtained by the Company and what information is obtained by the transaction processor.

When a transaction is made via Amazon.com or PayPal or other similar intermediary then those corporations will obtain the payment information and the Company will only be provided contact and mailing information. Financial information, such as credit card or bank account number, are not made available to the Company in these cases.

When a transaction is made through the Company's merchant account and thus handled by Authorize.net, the Company will have access to both the payment and contact/mailing information. However, the Company does not store the payment information online or offline on their servers or data storage units - that data is stored at Authorize.net.

  • At no time does the Company ever store payment information online or offline.
  • Any payment information submitted is stored only on the servers of those corporate entites that handle the transaction processing.
  • Any contact information received by the Company is kept strictly confidential.
