Home / Contract Overview / TERMS AND PRICING

The policy of XANDIS.COM is to provide a high quality service at an affordable and guaranteed price. There is no pricing uncertainty with XANDIS.COM.

When negotiating a contract, several items are required to be fixed: the exact specification of the final product and the manner in which that is to be verified; the term (in months) of service to produce the requested code; the milestones within the total term in which certain code must be delivered; and the total price of the contract.

Payment is 20% of the total contract at the start of the contract term. The remaining 80% is delivered in four additional 20% instalments when certain pre-determined milestones are reached. For example, the distribution of payments could be:

  20% at start.
  20% at delivery of a working proto-type.
20% at delivery of a completed beta version.
20% at delivery of a completed and tested version.
20% at delivery of the final product and documentation.

Due to the XANDIS.COM commitment to service, if milestones are not reached in the requested time then the payment is waived. This ensures that the client pays only upon accomplishment and never pays for empty promises or delays. All contracts are made out in writing with Drake Analytics, Inc., a Seattle (USA) based technology services firm.

Naturally, while changes to the specification of a project are permitted, the contract would also need any corresponding revisions.

To discuss the particulars of a proposal, please contact us. Our pricing is extremely competitive and our terms guarantee that your money produces results. If you are a non-profit organization and are willing to accept a longer development time in exchange for a lower fee, please mention that in your proposal.
